These are estimated shipment transit times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

FREE Ground Shipping on orders $170+

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $170 or more for all continental USA orders to a business address. For orders under $170 we offer a variety of shipping options with FedEx that are presented to you at check out.

Once your order is ready for shipment, please refer to this map from FedEx that shows how long it will take with the free ground shipments. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please contact us to discuss the best shipment methods.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless the items are damaged or incorrectly sent. Please contact us immediately if your shipment has had a problem.

We do give refunds for clients who are unable to clear customs in their respective nations.

International Shipments

All freight shipments are sent FOB from Norfolk, Virginia via sea freight. We recommend airfreight for only small amounts of samples. If you are unfamiliar with FOB, learn more about INCOTERMS here. We can provide the standard needed documents for import.

For clients with international freight forwarders in Miami, we can ship free to your agent in Miami and then your company will organize it onwards to the destination country.

Minimum order for sea freight is 1 pallet (60 boxes).

We do not provide refunds if you are unable to clear the import customs of your respective country – please do the research to know what laws your country has in regards to importing US food products.
