General FAQ

What is your MOQ?

For our retail customers we have no minimum order. To purchase at wholesale prices, our minimum purchase is just 2 boxes per flavor.

Why are you different than the rest?

We are a small boutique B2B company that is obsessed with making sure our flavors always taste good and that our customers succeed at their business. Our powder mixes are made with premium ingredients and natural flavorings. With our products you only need to follow one recipe which saves a huge amount of time and energy in training the staff. No more liquid mixes or bases! No more strange tasting flavors! Just more profit and ease for your business. We all want the same thing here – smiling returning customers.

What is your lead time?

If you are buying as a retail customer in the continental USA it will be shipped 3-5 business days after you place an order. If it was “on back order” please allow the shipping time of two weeks. All shipments in the lower 48 are done with UPS or with FedEx Ground. For large wholesale customers, we generally ask our clients to allow 3 weeks of production from the time the order is submitted to the time the order is ready to ship, but this of course varies between seasons and the quantity that needs to be produced.

How do I order?

Please visit our store on this website. You can buy it by bag or box. If you would like to order in larger quantity you can sign up for our discounted prices at the wholesale section. We are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next day.

What if I don’t like ordering online?

If you aren’t an online ordering person, shoot us an email at with your order and we will make an invoice for you.

Can I just try a little before I commit to buying wholesale?

You sure can! That’s why we’ve made it so you can buy a sample bag of any flavor to see what’s going to work best for your business.

What payments do you take?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, AfterPay, and ApplePay. We use an encrypted third party credit card processor and do not have access to your credit card information.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Shipping is free with FedEx Ground or UPS Ground for all orders over 300 dollars if you are located in the lower 48 states as long as you give a business or commercial address! If your order is under 300 US dollars you will be able to choose from a number of shipping options with FedEx. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories off the mainland contact us to discuss shipping options.

I have received your products and they have been damaged. What should I do?

In this unfortunate event, please take photos of any damaged bags that can not be used, and then submit a claim so we can process it with FedEx. Please do this as soon as it happens!

Can you ship it to my country?

Sure can! If your country has trade relations with the USA then we can send it by air or sea FOB. If you want purchase directly in our website for an order outside of the United States, please input the delivery address of your freight forwarder in the continental United States and we will ship it there for free via FedEx Ground. We require working with a freight forwarder in the United States to help you clear the necessary hurdles for import to your country. All prices are FOB. Please note that we do not offer refunds if the product gets stuck in customs at your respective countries border. Contact us to get a rate.

Can I know who you sell to?

We do not share the information of our customers with anyone. We do this to protect your identity and keep your competition on its toes. It’s up to them to figure out why you are so delicious.

All sales are final on this website. There are no returns possible. If your packages were damaged during delivery please contact us immediately and we will send you replacements.

For some countries we do offer an exclusive distributorship. A minimum purchase is required each year. Sign up in our wholesale section for more details.

How much does it yield?

Each bag of 2kg (4.4 pounds) yields up to 10 liters (2.65 gallons) of mixed product ready for the customer.

How long is the shelf life?

It can be left at room temperature for two years. Do not place in direct sunlight.

Once I mix it with milk and water, how long will it last?

That depends heavily on what kind of milk you have mixed with it. At a minimum it is around 72 hours refrigerated.

Can you make custom flavors?

Yes we can if you give us a two month warning. Contact us to discuss further. We love new ideas.

How do I make it?

Just add water (3.2 liters) and milk (4.0 liters) to each 2kg bag. No hassle, no measuring, no complicated recipe.

What machines do you recommend?

Any commercial soft serve machines will do the job. Contact us if you need more info on the types of machines.

Are you Halal?

Yes we are.

Can you make it vegan?

We currently have eight soft serve flavors that are available in vegan: Vanilla, Chocolate, Coconut, Green Tea, Taro, Pistachio, and Chocolate Mint.

Can you make it sugar free?

We are developing a sugar free version. Stay tuned.

How much is in each box?

Each box is 6 bags of 2kg (4.4 pounds). Total is 12kg (26.5 pounds).

Do you do customized labeling?

We can. Contact us so we can discuss it further.

Can you label it in my language?

If your country requires our product to be imported with language specific labels we can accommodate to that. Contact us to discuss it further.

Is it gluten free?

Yes with the exception of our Cookies n’ Cream, Cake Batter, and Chocolate Cookie Dough flavors.

Can I buy it for personal use?

We are b2b only.

Can you give me a discount?

Our prices are set on a sliding scale for b2b only. The more you buy, the steeper the discount. Sign into the wholesale area to learn more.

Afterpay FAQ

What is Installments with Afterpay?

Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Installments with Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Where can I use Installments with Afterpay?

Installments with Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on website.

Can I use Installments with Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my items be delivered if I use Installments with Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on using Installments by Afterpay.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?

If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.

What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?

Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.
