Please know your import laws (for non US customers)
Please review your countries laws and regulations when it comes to importing food from the United States before you place an order. We don’t want you to have any trouble with customs at the border. We will provide the standard proper documentation needed for importing.
We require advanced payment for all international orders
We accept payments by Bank Transfer/TT or Credit Card or PayPal. Once an order is placed the payment must be made in 24 hours for bank transfers/TT or the order is automatically cancelled.
Incoterms
Most bulk international shipments are FOB. That means we will deliver it either to warehouse of a freight forwarder in the USA that you work with or to the Norfolk port for sea freight. We also can ship via FedEx under EXW. Learn more here about Incoterms and international shipping.
