For our retail customers we have no minimum order. To purchase at wholesale prices, our minimum purchase is just4 boxes per flavor.

Good news! You can purchase any of our flavors by the bag so you don't have to over commit to a whole box. Each bag is 4.4 pounds/2Kg and once prepared for a soft serve machine will give about 50 servings. We do not offer free samples.

If you are buying as a retail customer in the continental USA it will be shipped 2-5businessdays after you place an order. If it was "on back order" please allow the shipping time of two weeks. All shipments in the lower 48 are done with UPS or with FedEx Ground. For large wholesale customers, we generally ask our clients to allow 3 weeks of production from the time the order is submitted to the time the order is ready to ship, but this of course varies between seasons and the quantity that needs to be produced.

Please visit our store on this website. You can buy it by bag or box. If you would like to order in larger quantity you can sign up for our discounted prices at the wholesale section. We are open Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm EST. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next day.

You can always email us directly and put in your request for a certain flavor that is out of stock and we will get back to you with the lead time expected on it.

We do not share the information of our customers with anyone. We do this to protect your identity and keep your competition on its toes. It's up to them to figure out why you are so delicious.

For some countries we do offer an exclusive distributorship. A minimum purchase is required each year. Sign up in our wholesale section for more details.

We require working with a freight forwarder in the United States to help you clear the necessary hurdles for import to your country. All prices are FOB. Please note that we do not offer refunds if the product gets stuck in customs at your respective countries border. Contact us to get a rate.

We do not accept returns unless the items are damaged or incorrectly sent. Please contact us immediately if your shipment has had a problem.

We do not provide refunds if you are unable to clear the import customs of your respective country – please do the research to know what laws your country has in regards to importing US food products.

In Stock Products are shipped within 3 business days of order. Please refer to the map to see how many days your packages will be in transit.

On Back Order Products are shipped within 2-3 weeks of order.

These are estimated shipment transit times. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers. Fulfillment times may slow during February-August. Please plan ahead for the season.

Once your order is ready for shipment, please refer to the map on this page that shows how long it will take with ground shipments.

We ship Monday – Thursday until 5pm. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

*The commercial address validation is based on the FedEx or UPS validation system. Each city has different zoning for residential addresses and commercial addresses. Please contact us if you find your commercial address is incorrectly identified as a home address. 

No, say goodbye to liquid flavors! Each one of our flavors already has the flavor mixed in so all you need to do is add the milk and water to the powder and it's ready to go!

No, we do not recommend this for pets.

Each bag of 2kg (4.4 pounds) yields up to 10 liters (2.65 gallons) of mixed product ready for the customer. It's about 50 servings per customer.

It can be left unopened at room temperature for two years. Do not place in direct sunlight.

That depends heavily on what kind of milk you have mixed with it. We suggest around 72 hours refrigerated.

Just add water (3.2 liters) and milk (4.0 liters) to each 2kg bag. No hassle, no measuring, no complicated recipe.

Any commercial soft serve machines will do the job, but we always recommend ones that have agitators in the hoppers so it keeps the product moving. Contact us if you need more info on the types of machines.

Yes with the exception of our Cookies n' Cream flavor.

In this unfortunate event, please take photos of any damaged bags that can not be used, and then email us or use our chat function so we can process it with UPS or other carriers. Please do this as soon as it happens!
